Framework
Inside E2F: a five-stage path from enterprise to frontier
E2F is our framework for moving an enterprise from today's baseline to frontier-grade capability, with a measurable gate at every stage.
Why a framework at all
Frontier work fails when it is run as a series of disconnected pilots. A framework turns it into a progression with checkpoints, so value is captured at each stage rather than promised at the end.
The five stages
Assess: a frontier-readiness diagnostic that benchmarks maturity, talent gaps, and value pools, producing a readiness scorecard and value map.
Architect: the technical and commercial blueprint, vendor selection, and business case, signed off before build.
Assemble: curated AI talent and platform partnerships deployed into the program, with a delivery pod live in sixty to ninety days.
Activate: hands-on delivery with field-engineering rigor and adoption acceleration, targeting a first business outcome within six months.
Advance: embedded advisory and continuous optimization as the frontier keeps moving.
Measurable gates
Each stage has a defined outcome, so progress is observable rather than asserted. That is what lets us put fees at risk: the gates make the work accountable.
